How reusable cup rental works for events

Enquiry.
Tell us the date, location, expected attendance and types of drinks. We will recommend the model and quantity, and send you a quote within 24 business hours.

Delivery.
We deliver the cups to your event venue, anywhere in Europe. We usually hold stock, so there is no need to book far in advance.

During the event.
Your attendees use the cups and return them to the bar or designated return points.

Collection and settlement.
Once the event is over, we collect the cups and calculate the final amount based on the cups returned. If you book the washing service, we take care of cleaning them.

What the rental includes

Reusable cups from any model in our catalogue, in the agreed quantity. The minimum order is one box, containing the standard unit count for each model: for example, 500 cups for the EKO33 or 300 for the EKO40.
Delivery to the event venue and collection anywhere in Europe (quoted separately).
Advice on quantities and the deposit return scheme.
Optional: professional washing after the event (€0.10 per cup), with batch-level hygiene inspection and independent laboratory testing.

Deposit and return: ensuring cups come back

With rentals, any unreturned cup is invoiced, so securing high return rates is essential. The most effective approach is a deposit return scheme: attendees pay a deposit for the cup and receive it back upon return. Deposit clips clearly identify cups with an active deposit. For larger events, you can hire our BackCup machineby the day, which validates the cup and generates a unique QR code redeemable for the deposit.

How much does it cost to rent reusable cups?

No. Washing is an optional service priced at €0.10 per cup.

What happens if cups are not returned or get damaged?

Lost cups are charged at cost, and damaged cups according to the model. The final amount is calculated upon collection, based on the cups returned.

Can I hire cups customised with my logo?

Not with your own artwork: for hire, we only supply generic Ekomon designs. If you want your logo, we recommend purchasing: for screen printing, the minimum is one box, and for Fullcolor Digital, 20 cups.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We usually have hire stock available, so long notice is not required. Send us your dates and we will confirm availability.
